Shipping Policy

Here's everything you need to know about how and when your Purrl order arrives.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

Shipping rates & delivery time

• Standard shipping — $2.99, delivered within 7–10 business days
• Free standard shipping on all orders of $30 or more

Free shipping applies automatically at checkout once your order subtotal reaches $30 (based on the currency shown at checkout).

Total delivery time

Your total delivery time is the processing time plus the shipping time — so most orders arrive within roughly 8–13 business days from when you order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. (Adjust this list to match the countries enabled in your store.)

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. Please allow a day or two after dispatch for tracking to update.

Customs, duties & taxes

For international orders, your local customs authority may charge import duties or taxes. These are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer. Any customs processing can occasionally add a little time to delivery, which is outside our control.

Delays

The delivery windows above are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, weather, and busy periods (like holidays) can occasionally affect timing. We'll always do our best to help if something's running late — just reach out.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, so if you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, or your tracking shows a problem, email us within 7 days of delivery (with a photo, if it's damaged) and we'll make it right. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Digital bonuses

Any free digital guides included with your order (such as our ebooks) are delivered by email or download right after purchase — no shipping required, and they're yours to keep.
